Building and Facilities Rentals

Updated 5/21/21 – Applications for rental requests for the 2021-22 school year are now being accepted. Applications will be processed around August 16th in Priority order (see application for a list of Priority order) and then according to date and time received.

IMPORTANT: To allow for beginning of the year District and/or school functions to take place, indoor facilities will not be available until Monday, September 20th for Second through Fifth Priority Levels (Boy & Girl Scouts, art classes, language classes, after-school enrichment programs, etc.) This does not include Extended Time and a few other previously scheduled programs.

Making Your Request:

  • All requests must be made on the most recent application form. Here’s a link to the Application for Use of Buildings or Grounds form.
  • For requests with multiple dates, please be sure to include a list of the exact dates being requested. For example, do not submit a request for the third Tuesday of each month. Here’s a link to the 2021-2022 Yearly Calendar for your reference so as to avoid requesting No School Days, Institute Days, Holidays, Winter Break, Spring Break, and other non-rental dates.

ALL communications regarding your rental (request to use fields, schedules, etc.) are to be directed to Lorie Woods, Director of PAC and District Facilities Rentals. Please do not contact the school office, Principal, Athletic Directors, individual coaches (including District 158 coaches), or other renters.
