It is important that members of the Huntley 158 community, including District families and residents, have input on the qualities and characteristics of our next superintendent.

The District seeks input from families and community members through the online survey available beginning January 28, 2018, at The survey is anonymous and includes questions to help the search firm understand what the community desires in its next superintendent.

In addition, two open forums will be held for all families community members who would like to provide face-to-face input to the search team. These forums will be held as follows:

  • Monday, January 29, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Marlowe Middle School
  • Wednesday, January 31, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Heineman Middle School.

All District community members are welcome to participate, and no RSVP is required. Interested individuals should attend only one of the two events.

In addition, the community will be represented through interviews with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, local government leaders, and current students to be conducted by the search firm.

Those with questions about the superintendent search are encouraged to direct them to the District via email.
