Heineman Middle School
BIKE WEEK 2020
Brought to you by: HMS PE TEAM
__________________________________________________________________
Riding a bike is healthy, fun and a low-impact form of exercise for all ages. This simple important exercise can help protect everyone from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, obesity, and other risk factors. Thursday October 8th & Friday October 9th, the HEINEMAN PE TEAM is making its way into various neighborhoods throughout District #158 to encourage and promote this amazing form of exercise. Our hope is you can join us for some exercise at one of our many stops, or virtually as we will be checking in throughout the day.
HMS is committed to staying healthy and active during 2020!!
