Attention anyone attending Drama Club:  the meeting that is scheduled for after school today is cancelled.   Please take the bus home after school today. We will meet again on January 10!  Again, drama club is cancelled today after school.

 

Our next two snowhawks ski and snowboard trips will be this coming Friday December 20th and Friday January 3rd.  If you are planning to go on one or both trips please make sure you turn your payment in to the office by Friday!  There are no lessons or evaluations offered on this trip so if you have NEVER skied before, please don’t plan on attending this trip but look forward to Friday January 17. 

 

Attention Student Council – TODAY is our Holiday Party in the LRC until 3:45. Ms. Smith is ordering pizza! Let her know if you are not able to attend ASAP so she knows how much pizza to order!

 

Yesterday, our Student Council had set up a Riddle contest for you to enter! Almost 150 students and staff participated! Chosen at random from all the correct responses, here are the winners: Marina Reicher, Tessa Schumacher, Hannah Holschuh, Braina Winger, and Emma Overmeyer. Our Staff winners were Mrs. Cravens and Mrs. Baran. Congratulations! Please see Ms. Smith sometime today for your prize.

 

7th grade girls’ basketball tryouts are being held on Tuesday, January 7th and Wednesday, January 8th after school. Please see Mr. Nordan with any questions.

 

The 8th grade girl’s basketball tryouts will be on Tuesday, January 7th and Thursday, January 9th. Please make sure to sign up on 8 to 18 and have your current physical and concussion testing completed and submitted by January 6th in order to try out!

 

WINTER BREAK COUNTDOWN!!

Tomorrow’s theme will be: Holiday Hats Day-Santa hats, elf hats, reindeer, etc. 

 

The snowhawk ski and snowboard club is hosting a coat drive collection for families and teens in need this winter. Please if you have any unwanted, usable coats or gloves that you are looking to donate please consider the coat drive as an option this year. Our collection is ending today. 

 

Homework Club runs Monday – Thursday from 2:30 – 3:45

 

If you need to take the activity bus, don’t forget to sign up by 1 p.m.  Go to the school website, click on Student, find Activity Bus and fill out the form. 

 

Please be sure you’re wearing your Heineman ID. If you don’t have it, please get a  red wristband from the office.
