Heineman Middle School will be hosting another free concussion screening for Boy’s Basketball tomorrow, Wednesday, October 9, 2019 here at Heineman from 2:30 – 4:30pm.  Marlowe Middle School will also be hosting a free concussion screening on October 10, 2019 also from 2:30 – 4:30. You are welcome to attend either one. You must have a concussion form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian

 

The 8th grade girls volleyball team won both matches against Lundahl yesterday. In the first match Grace Courtney and Lauren Anderson had amazing serving and Payton Celosky hustled all over the court making saves. In the second match Lizzy Williams led the team with 9 kills and 2 blocks while Ashlyn Pauwels had 11 assists. Come watch the girls take on Marlowe at Huntley High School on Wednesday. The first match starts at 5!

 

Congratulations to the HMS Cross Country Team for their outstanding season this year and for their fantastic running at the conference meet Monday afternoon. The Hawks fought through the mud for some awesome finishes. The varsity girls placed third overall as a team. Top ten individual finishers were: Ximena Ceballos, Brooke Grabs, Izzy Ciesla and Tommy Nitz.

Homework Club runs Monday – Thursday from 2:30 – 3:45

 

If you need to take the activity bus, don’t forget to sign up by 1 p.m.   Go to the school website, click on Student, find Activity Bus and fill out the form. 

 

Please be sure you’re wearing your Heineman ID. If you don’t have it, please get a red wristband from the office.
