Being responsible is coming to homework club and completing all of your work. While at homework club you can be respectful by working quietly and not disrupting others.

Jazz Band Rehearsal will be in the band room today from 2:30-3:30.

Huntley High is having another color guard clinic tomorrow from 12-3. Pick up a flier in the office if you’re interested.

Hey Hawks! Tonight is our Hawks Got Talent competition right here in our own auditorium at 7 pm! There are singers, dancers, and even a martial arts master ready to perform for you! Cost for adults is $2, students are just $1, and kids under 5 are FREE. Come on out and support your talented Hawks and see who walks away with a prize!

Hey Heineman students and staff, could you use a little positive encouragement now and then? Bombed a test and feeling down? Know someone else who could use some positive affirmation? Check out Aevidum (uh-VEE-dum) Club’s new board in the main hallway: Take What You Need. It’s for anyone and everyone who needs it. We’ve got your back.

April showers bring May flowers, and helping those in need! Aevidum (uh-VEE-dum) Club is holding a food drive during the month of April. Place your non-perishables in the yellow boxes in the main hallway and the LRC. We’ve got your back, so let’s have the backs of others who could use some extra help this spring. Thank you!

Ecology Club:  Our next meeting will be held on Monday, April 8 in the Band Room.  Please dress to work in the garden.

Service Club:  Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 9 from 2:30-3:45 in the Choir room.

Are you a good artist? Do you want your art on a t-shirt? We are looking for a design for our Hawks have Heart Give Love For Life event at the end of the year. Your art work could be chosen to go on ALL of our t-shirts!! Designs should be turned into your advisory teacher or the office NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY APRIL 17th. Extra forms and information are in the office if needed.

The activity bus is free this year, but you MUST sign up by noon to be able to ride it.

Please be sure you’re wearing your Heineman ID. If you don’t have it, please get a wristband from the office.

Attention Service Club members!  Service hours tracking logs are due on May 3!  Check your email for instructions and a copy of the form.  Be sure to submit this by the due date if you have volunteered for over 50 hours this year and would like to receive a Presidential Award Pin.  Pins will not be ordered after the due date.
