Being responsible means using your time wisely in Homework Club to finish your work so you can turn it in on time.

Candle order pickup will take place this Friday from 2:45pm-7:30pm in the Heineman cafeteria.  Any parents who are able to help during pickup time are welcome to stay.  No candle orders will be sent home on the bus due to potential breakage concerns.

Heineman had a couple tough games last night at Lundahl. We lost in the B game 22 to 34 with Vinny Constantino having a solid game with 6 points punctuated with a 3 pointer in the closing minutes. In the A game, Nick Babinski came off the bench giving a strong 10 points and helping solidify a 70 to 39 win. Way to go team!

The HMS Service Club is sponsoring a Thanksgiving food drive for the Lake in the Hills Rotary.  Please turn in non-perishable food items to your first period teacher by next Tuesday, November 13.  10 pride points per item will be awarded to your team.  The team with the most pride points at the end of the year will win a doughnut party!

Hey Heineman! Starting this Wednesday the HMS School Store is finally open! There are many items you may choose from! We take Hawkeyes or cold, hard cash! Three hawkeyes equals 25 cents! The school store will be open on Wednesdays before school and during your lunch period! Happy shopping!

Service Club:  Our next meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 13 from 2:30-3:45 in the Choir room.

Ecology Club:  Our next meeting will be held on Monday, December 3 from 2:30-3:45 in the Band room.  We will celebrate our successful work in the garden with treats and a movie!
