Parent Tot Yoga with Certified Yoga Instructor, Joanna Morse
Let your child experience yoga! This class is designed to introduce traditional elements of Hatha Yoga to young children in an engaging, playful and creative way. We will combine traditional asanas, simple breathwork and mindfulness exercises to promote strong and flexible bodies as well as balanced and peaceful minds! We will use books and storytelling to guide the kids through movements and introduce concepts such as self-love, acceptance and gratitude. We will dance, sing and have plenty of fun! Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to class. This program is limited to 20 families and will last 30 minutes. Sign up begins 3/2/20.
