Empowerments in Education: Responding to Challenging Behavior

February 4 | 9:00 am-10:00 am

Feeling overwhelmed when your child demonstrates challenging behavior? Feeling like nothing is working?  You are NOT alone…

The Huntley 158 Special Services Department will offer this training, which dives into the some science behind challenging behaviors and how to best respond to them.  Using the research and work of Dr. Bruce Perry, Psychiatrist, we will be discussing how and when to regulate, relate and reason with your child with regards to challenging behavior.

This training is designed by our District Behavioral Specialists Allison Anderson and Tracy Walsh.

This date is a makeup from the January 26 session cancelled due to the snow day.
