Committee Of the Whole Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month. The Regular meeting of the Board of Education is held on the third Thursday of each month (except for November).

Committee of the Whole (COW) meetings can include the following committees:
Buildings & Grounds, Community Relations & Student Outreach, Curriculum & Instruction, Finance, Human Resources, Legislative, and Policy.
