Building and Facilities Rentals

Updated 2/10/21 — Due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in an effort to protect the health and safety of our students, staff, and community members, all indoor rentals remain suspended until further notice.

Organizations interested in outdoor rentals may complete and submit an Application for Use of Buildings or Grounds form requesting use of outdoor areas for the periods of March – June 2021.

In addition to the required Application for Use of Buildings or Grounds form, organizations must also submit a written “Return to Play” plan that will be shared with and followed by all participants and families. Your “Return to Play” plan will be reviewed to ensure it falls within the COVID mitigation guidelines, and if approved, a rental permit will be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

In an effort to allow all high school sports/athletes the opportunity to participate, the athletic schedule has been condensed into approximately 5-6 months which has increased the need for use of facilities. Due to this, the scheduling of practices, games, etc., for high school sports will take priority and may include the need to use elementary and middle school fields. Should your scheduled time(s) need to be changed to accommodate high school sports use of these fields, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

In an effort to keep you informed, updates regarding the availability of rentals (indoor or outdoor) will continue to be posted here.
