Building Rentals

To reserve a room in one of the District 158 buildings, please

1. Complete an Application for Building Use form;
2. Fax or mail the completed application and an updated / current Certificate of Liability Insurance to the District 158 Building Rental Coordinator, Angela Cola at District 158 Administrative Offices, 650 Academic Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102, fax (847) 659-6121.
