Proposal Clarification
On the salary schedule of the Board of Education’s first
proposal, most existing HEA members would receive a minimum 4.25% salary
increase. Teachers who have advanced to the maximum step in their given lane,
or move from a lane that no longer exists, will receive a minimum 2% increase.
Thus, under the Board of Education’s first proposal,
no current HEA member will receive less than a 2%
annual increase during the term of the contract. |
