Medical Information
for Incoming 6th Grade Students!!
|
The Illinois
Department of Public Health, along with the State Board of
Education, has approved the emergency amendment that
incoming 6th grade students, who turned in a physical last
year during 5th grade, are EXEMPT from needing another
physical for 6th grade. The State has approved this
emergency amendment to decrease the financial burden on
families who complied with the physical requirement last
year. For further information regarding this emergency
